1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by DataFloem ("we", "us") as the data controller.
Address: Atatürk Mah. Ertuğrul Gazi Sk. Metropol İstanbul Sitesi C1 Blok Kat:23, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: info@datafloem.com. Phone: 0 850 789 89 89.
This notice covers datafloem.com (the "Site") only. Data processed inside a DataFloem installation is controlled by the organization that runs it.
2. Personal data we process
When you send one of the Site's forms, we process:
- Identity: your name.
- Contact: your email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Request: your company, the subject and content of your message, the language of the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.
- Location: the approximate location of your connection (country, region, city and time zone), as Cloudflare derives it from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
- Transaction security: your IP address and technical signals from your browser, which Cloudflare Turnstile processes for the spam check.
What each form asks for differs: a Developer Edition sign-up takes only your email address. Browsing the Site does not require you to give us anything.
3. How we collect it
We collect your personal data directly from you, electronically and by automated means: from what you type into the Site's forms, and from your connection when you send one. We do not collect it from other sources.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We process your personal data for these purposes, on these legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK:
- To arrange the demo you asked for and follow up on it: the processing is directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5(2)(c)).
- To answer your message: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To tell you when Developer Edition is released: our legitimate interest in sending the notice you asked for (Art. 5(2)(f)). We send nothing else to that list.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse, and to understand which countries and regions interest in DataFloem comes from: our legitimate interest in running a secure Site and planning our work (Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To meet our legal obligations: the processing is necessary for that (Art. 5(2)(ç)).
- To establish, exercise or defend a right, where needed: the processing is necessary for that (Art. 5(2)(e)).
None of this processing relies on your explicit consent, which is why the forms have no consent box. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
5. Who we transfer it to, and why
We transfer your personal data only to these recipients, for the purposes and on the legal grounds above (Art. 8):
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. and its affiliates), as our data processor: the Site, its forms and the database that stores what you send run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare also provides the Turnstile spam check and processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the Site.
- Public authorities: only when the law requires it, and only as far as it requires.
Within DataFloem, only the people who handle demos, messages and the release announcement can see what you send.
6. Transfers abroad
Cloudflare runs a global network, so your data may be processed and stored on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union. We make these transfers in line with Article 9 of KVKK, relying on the appropriate safeguards it provides for.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether we process your personal data and, if we do, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred;
- ask us to correct it if it is incomplete or wrong, and to delete or destroy it under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK;
- ask us to tell the third parties it was transferred to about a correction or deletion;
- object to a result against you that arises only from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
To use any of these rights, send us your application in one of these ways:
