1. Acceptance
By visiting or using datafloem.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by DataFloem ("DataFloem", "we", "us"), Atatürk Mah. Ertuğrul Gazi Sk. Metropol İstanbul Sitesi C1 Blok Kat:23, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye.
2. The Site and the software
The Site describes the DataFloem platform and hosts its documentation. Using the Site does not give you a license to the DataFloem software.
- Enterprise Edition is provided under a written license agreement between DataFloem and your organization, which governs its use.
- Developer Edition is not yet released. When it is, it will come with its own license terms. Dates and features shown on the Site for an unreleased edition are plans, not commitments.
Where a license agreement and these terms disagree about the software, the license agreement wins.
3. Content and trademarks
The text, documentation, screenshots, graphics, logos and code on the Site belong to DataFloem or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site, and read, print and share its documentation to evaluate or use DataFloem. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
The DataFloem name and logo are trademarks of DataFloem. Customer names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
4. Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- get around the spam protection on its forms, or send forms automatically or in bulk;
- send false information, someone else's details without their permission, or content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful;
- upload or link to malware;
- collect content or data from the Site with automated tools beyond what
robots.txtallows.
5. What you send us
When you book a demo, contact us or join the Developer Edition list, you agree that the details you give are accurate and yours to share. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send passwords, credentials or confidential data through the forms. A message sent through the Site does not create a contract or an obligation for either side.
6. Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site and its documentation accurate, but the product changes and the Site may lag behind it. Features, editions, limits and screenshots may differ from the version you use. The documentation of your licensed version, and your license agreement, take precedence.
7. Links to other sites
The Site links to sites we do not control, such as YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DataFloem is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent.
10. Changes
We may change the Site, or these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
